What Do Your HVAC Tune-Ups Include?
The following items will be performed at least once per year depending on the season:
- Inspect the complete HVAC mechanical system
- Spot check ductwork condition
- Monitor and test the complete cooling and heating cycle
- Measure refrigerant balance using temperature and gauges if necessary
- Clean and adjust blower components
- Tighten all electrical connections
- Check the temperature of the supply and return
- Inspect the evaporator coil
- Test safety controls and thermostat calibration
- Lubricate moving parts as needed
- Check for carbon monoxide
- Examine the heat exchanger for damage or corrosion
- Clean and adjust the ignition and burner assembly
- Assess air filter condition and replace customer supplied filters as needed
